Syska Insurance - Mobile Claim Refund

I purchase Samsung A8 mobile January 2016 & I purchase same time Syska Mobile Insurance July 2016 my mobile damage then I call to Syska customer service here My Senior Executive told me carry your mobile & visit Omkar Electronic Samsung repairing centre with Mobile bill Vashi Navi Mumbai Branch here Mr Rajiv meet me & he's told me Samsung A8 mobile damage part at present not available so please wait few days but after 3 month he told me Parts not available & Mr Rajiv told me Samsung gve me claim 21000/- amount and Samsung issue 21000/- Rs chq 21/10/2016. Syska told me please upload Samsung recieved Chq pics & my bank details & I upload his side all details. Then I follow up to Syska Customer service & all time his Senior Executive Mr Salman & Mr Navnit told all formalities r completed please wait our concerns team contact you soon but not any call or mail I recieved. Then I follow up via mail to Syska concerns department but Not receive any setified mail Syska side. 10/1/2017 I call to Syska customer service & I connect to call Mr Salman & he told me all formalities r completed please wait & today I received mail Syska Side please wait we resolve this case Month of April. I shocked I'm follow up last 3 month all time Syska Senior Executive told me all formalities r completed. So I request you please resolve this issue immediate prority.
