Toshiba - India - Delay in refund or replacement of my set since August

I had purchased toshiba Led on march 2015 which stopped working in August 2016 also my set is under warranty period. I have registered a complain in August and mailed to customer service several times but till today led set as it is. They give us different excuses every time but not able to solve my problem.
