htc mobile - Complaint against HTC Mobile service center (no repair in warranty)

Dear Sir I am Ranjeet Singh.I perchanged a HTC mobile desire 828 (duel sim) on 26/04/2016 at 19700 Rs. ticket no =206503356007732.In my mobile there is problem of battery heat so for replace i gave my mobile on 09/12/2016 to customer care at jodhpur . when I submitted my mobile at collective point it was all fine and was in working condition. after 7 days days they are saying that your mobile's slot no 1 problem and motherboard problem. But when i gave my mobile that time slot 1 was "OK" and even they also checked it and they were saying it was OK. my mobile is in warranty period. I am sending a call recording so that you will easily understand the problem . their estimate bill is 12714 Rs I conference call in between me , customer care and collective point care. collective point care is accepting that slot no 1 was OK when i gave my mobile. it was in warranty period and service center(HTC) have to repair it without money.I send mail with all details of [email protected] this id but they can't soive it. even customer care is telling you can pay it estimate bill , if you can't pay, you take it without replacement. Today i call in customer care at fore to five time but they are not solving my problem even they create new problem by dead of Sim slot 1 . email id: [email protected] contect no.+918107163010 my mobile detail- 1.
