XIAOMI MOBILES INIDA - Xioami refusing to refund faultuly phone within 10 days of company policy

i have purchased a redmi 3s prime from mi app my my order no is 5161225164753390 and my ticket no is 161229-000363 but i have recived a faulty phone neither the fingerprint scanner is working and the screen.the company policy says it replace phone within 10days its on their app and company website.i have talked to arshad ast manger customer care he assured me to call but no action is taken its chinesw company and its frauding customers by selling faulty phone i want legal action on this company.
