Vodafone India - fraud

Hi sir , My name is piyush kalra and i have been with vodafone for a very long tym and have got several number under my name . But i am sorry to inform you that non of your staff knows how to treat a customer . 9999225463 9999224959 9999333221 9999151519 9999885288 These are the no. Which are under my name . Past month i paid 5000/- to vodafone for 3 no. 9999333221 9999151519 9999885288 And i am facing a lot of problem with my no. Which is 9999885288 i have not been able to use this no. Since i have bought it . First i was not able to recieve any incoming call IT USED TO SAY NO. IS SWITCHED OFF but it was on , so after contacting customer care 10 tyms and getting hung up again and again i was told to visit the store and get my sim replaced so i walked to the vodafone mini store in SANT NAGAR and had my sim replaced . Still i wasnt able to recieve calls . Then i was asked to go to MODEL TOWN . I went there was attended by SANGEETA , who didnt even care to apologise for the hassle . Later when she was of know help i was attended by PRASHANT who assured me you will get a call from the right department as he had marked a mail for the problem . I got to know in the mean tym that Mr GAJENDER who was using this no. Before me is still using the same no. In AIRTEL and all the calls are getting connected to him thsts why i could recieve any call . I asked PRASHANT for help he didnot seem to care just said MAIN KYA KARU BOLA NA CALL AJAYEGA . I felt hopless and left the store . After 1 week of wait i again visited the store and met the store manager MR SUDHANKAR he promised to mark a mail and get it sorted for me and also keep me updated with the status . I wasnt contacted except for a single call , he asked me is it working i said no it is not he said OK I WILL CAL U BACK. . Since then i havent recieved w single call so i decided to cancel all the number from vodafone and move to SOME OTHER NETWORK WHO ACTUALLY DOESNT FOOLS A CUSTOMER AND VALUES THEM . So i requested PORT out on most of my number and got a call from the retentions so i spoke to a manager i m not sure of his name i guess he was AKIB , he assured me that he will give a call and get it all sorted and requested me to stop the port request , so i went to AIRTEL STORE and stopped the process for PORT. I didnot recieve any call from him as well as expected . I also tried to contact a senior manager i had spoken to earlier MR AVNEET on the no . +91 99990 07265 which he gad given me earlier for any problem i would face , but even he neglected my calls . So i went to vodafone store in ROHINI CITY CENTRE met with a lady asked her for the manager her reply : VO AAJ CHALI GAYI So i said what her contact number she refused i asked for her timing she said : HMAARAY MANAGER SHREYA AGGARWAL H AND UNKA TYMING 7:30 pm TAK HOTA H .. so i asked how dis she leave early , she answered : CHALI GAYI TUM KAAM BOLO ... i said i wana cancel all my no . And i am facing a problem and i wana meet a senior . That lady : KOI NI VHA CHALAY JAO . I was attended by BHAVAY . I got really pissed and said i wana port out my no . He asked me the reason just for the formality but i answered him saying U DONT KNOW HOW TO VALUE A CUSTOMER he said acha ok !! Is that seriously a reply. ..... On my brothers advise i only ported one no. And i am writing a mail to you . So firstly if somebody is using a particular number how can u sel the same number to me .. Secondly plz check the following no. Which i am planning to port out . 9999225463 9999224959 9999333221 9999151519 9999885288 9999801583 9999220615 9999220517 And almost every number from my family so if vodafone has really got a lot of business and doesnt care for his valuable customer even i am ok to leave and move some where i am respected. Whole india is buying a jio and me i am still using vodafone paid data services and everything . So i pay for what i get and i seriously demand RESPECT. I have been trying to get a resolution for a couple of days now and it doesnt seems that your company is willing to help me out . If u dont have a resolution then its ok i being son pf an ADVOCATE know what needs to br done . There is only a single complaint which needs to be filed in consumer court , and your company would run behind me with proper resolution .AFTER ALL U HAVE LOST YOUR CUSTOMER MODESTY.your company was unable to provide me with a proper number according to my choice so after all with my links i have arranged numbers of my choice which are 1st preference :9999444334 2nd preference :9999555954 So after understanding that your company has done a mistake i am still compromising and want the 1st no to be activated asap . they always promise a call back and never do ,, i spoke o monica and she said she will give me a call back which i haven't received and i am facing this problem from so many days they are not helping me Final complaint .
