Vodafone India - Wrongly Billing and Mental Harassment
Hi I am Himanshu Gupta, an active user of vodafone Red plan 1599 for last 2 years. From the time I have taken the connection I have always been complaining about the wrong billing, wrongly VAS activation, Network issue but Customer service team is ineffiecient to understand the problem even,forget about the solution. Now in the month of Sep I had sped all the data i.e 5 GB as per the plan and required additional data so i requested customer care to give me 1GB top up of 250/- I got the activation message of top up 1 GB also, now when I was checking the balance data with me after a day i.e around 19th or 20th sep , I found that instead of 1 GB i had 5GB data with me and i conatcted customer care immediately to enquire the same. They put me on hold for 10 mins and checked it with supervisor and said that this is given as a complimentary to you, no additinoal will be charged for it, I asked him to reconfirm and requested to talk to supervisor again he reconfirmed me again that this is complimentary for u. You can check his commitment and conversation with Your voice recording.After speaking to several times and visits, a local customer care office people agreed to give some waiver and it happened . Now in the month of nov the same thing happened and they are not ready to waive anything and is harassing me everyday. I am attaching a proof, a screenshot of the free data given to me in nov 5gb my plan+ 5 gb complimentary but they have charged again in the bill for the later one for amounting 2900. Now I have been wrongly charged for the data which i am not going to pay at any case. I have spoken with customer care regarding this so many times but they are not capable enough to undedatand my query and always induldge in the usless conversation. Request you to look into the matter because in this situation i am not going to pay a single paisa towards this bill and further. Please take appropriate action.
