Videocond2h - Product quality and service both are worst

Brought new videcon 40" smart inch tv in oct 16 ., frequent signal problem n atlast on jan 8th my tv shoed "No signal" since thn i raised complaint couple of times but no proper response from their cs n no tenchinal service vwas given even this product is in warranty period. At last today i claim for refund of amount in return to the product cs supervisour disconnected the call thn i could not connect to the cs .. What could i do thn..
