Usha - Regarding service
I am purchasing usha food processor on 16 April 2016 having 2 years on product and 5 years on motor warranty but from last few months I am facing a problem in my food processor regarding that I raised complaint on 22nd August 2017 but they not send a technician after that every alternate day I have taken a follow up by calling to customer care and every time they told me technician will visit. But till date technician not reached to my place... I have a warranty card and complaint registered no. Please help me the product cost is RS 5500.
