Toshiba - India - Worst service provider for filed complain

Dear Sir/Madam, This is to kindly inform you that I Saroj Samal has bought a Toshiba LED TV 1.5 years ago with a warranty of 3 years. My television had some display issues so I contacted the customer for the same on 5th of October. A visit was given by the company representative on 15th of October. After monitoring the TV for several hours company representative concluded that the panel has some technical issues and further more he provided me with another telephone contact number to sort out the issue. When enquired on the given number by the Toshiba representative no one responded, so after several tries I stopped trying on the given number and filed another complain on customer care on 9th of November, but this time it was worse that no one even bothered to respond on the complain. I am not able to understand that what kind of service do Toshiba company provides to their customer, and what is the use of having warranty card when there is no one to attend the technical faults. This kind of service is highly unacceptable. Kindly help me out in the current situation I will be highly obliged to you. Request favoured will be highly appreciated.
