Toshiba - India - Not obeying warrenty of toshiba LED tv
We bought 39' led toshiba tv on 11th April 2014, they have given us card of 3 year full warranty of it. It went out of order and we placed complaint for the same on 11th August-2016. Tthey niether repaired it nor replaced it till now. Every time we call to service center, they say they will definitely action it in 3-4 days, but we got frustrated calling them for last 5 months, its all vain. We spent 35K rupees to buy this Led tv, which all wasted. I have all proofs with me, bill, warranty card, call recording with customer care of Toshiba, which will prove they got complaint on 11th August. Can someone help us as we have been tortured by Toshiba regarding this.
