Tikona Digital Networks - Worst Service and demanding payments
Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Syed Asif (Bangalore). I have taken internet connection in 2014 from Tikona Broadband (user id: 1114141062). After a couple of months there is a bad service usually there is no internet connection properly, bad network, tower issue, server down etc. I always co-operate with them and paid each and every month payments. And also request them to disconnect my Internet connection, but they gave me assurance that they will provide good service and now onwards no complaints about bad service, network issue and tower issue. But still the service is in same condition. But this time in the month of October no internet connection at all due to tower issue and hardly i used max 15 days after so many complaints. and same time I request them to disconnect my connection but there is no response from company. Now they demanding to pay the amount and forcing daily to pay money otherwise they are going to filed a case. Please help me Sir/Madam, from 2014 till September 2016 I have clear all my bills, and when I told about this problem they dont want to hear me. and demaing to pay money after that I didn't use internet at all.
