
Tikona Digital Networks - Termination of tikona service
I have been paying the bill regularly, and had wished to end the services due to lack of proper service from the Tikona service provider in my area in Morwadi Pune, and have informed the same to Tikona multiple times over email and also on phone, but they never disconnected and kept on sending the bill to my address its been almost a year now, I am not using the service since August 2015, still they are asking me to pay the bill. I have informed multiple times not to generate any bill and I have received no response from the provider, Please help me in Termination of Service Tikona Service ID No 1107602596 & Billing Account Number 119135652, They never called me or visited my home for collection of device.
