Tikona Digital Networks - Regarding payment of wifi

Hi sir I have done the payment for tikona internet service for the month of september2016 and have asked the executive to cut the connection also he did the same but I have got several reminder calls after that also for payment and I have informed them also that I have paid and they confirmed on call that there was some issue with their portal so it was not updated but even after that also I was getting the reminder and I have even changed thae location also where I was living earlier.still I was getting calls and repeteadly I told the customer care number to delete my account but haven't got any updates from them today I got a call from some government advocate and she told that if I am not paying the due amount then I will have to go to Delhi court and have to fight for the same for not paying the bill which I have already paid and I am not using it currently so I paid the boll at that time but need your help for Requesting a strict action and refund of my 3000 rupees as I have already paid the bill.kindly take necessary action for the same. Please help..

Post termination the devices will be recovered from your premises and Full & Final Settlement mail will be sent to you on your registered email id. Also please note that if the disconnection request is received in between or usage is done between billing cycle then complete billing cycle will be charged to the customer as per the Full & Final Settlement policy.
