Tikona Digital Networks - Not deactivating my service and continuing to bill me

I have repeatedly asked tikona broadband service to discontinue my service via call. They have no proper mechanism for getting your service deactivated. After every month they call me for a pending bill amount and I ask them to discontinue the service. But my request is never served. I also asked there customer care to send someone to take their modem back. But nobody ever came. I have already paid 3 months of extra bills without using the service.
