Tikona Digital Networks - Invalid charges and false commitments
We have called them for back to back 3 days in order to transfer our connection to new address but they hav not registered our request saying server down. Then they took the request which said transfer will be done in 72hrs but was done even after that. Then next day we complained for technical issue which they said within 24hrs..even that happened after the completion of 24hrs and when i complained for the misbehavior of engineer assigned. They are now charging me fully for these days even when i was unable to use the connection because of the company's delays. While the engineer visited advice us to ask for a wavier before bill payment as after that they wont provide the same..One of the executive on call accepts the request but deny's very next day. This is done by them frequently. Please Help me with the same
