Tikona Digital Networks - Excess amount billing after deactivation

Hi, I was using Tikona services for allmost 8 months without any issues when i requested for deactivation ,the company deactivated my services without informing me the date of deactivation ,my billing cycle was till 7th of every month and they stopped my services on 31st july without giving any intimation to me and then they charged me for the remaining 7 days through their billing systems when i raised a query with complaint from 8th August they kept me informing that it will be done through the system .After several calls and follow up now they deny to upgarde the bill which was Rs 780 and now it is 1700.
