Tikona Digital Networks - Demanding of illegal payment and threaten by civil case
Dear sir, i want to complaint regarding tikona broadband company.i started their service on 23/oct/2016. i used their service till 8 April 2016. because they were not capable to give me their best service. with the help of their customer care i try to disconnected my device. but they never disconnect it. they were asking me to use their service with out any plan. (because they know about their poor service in our area.their engineer were always used to said that my area is not fisbile for our service and we cant do any thing for you.while using their service I complaint so many times.some time they gave me some waver , some time not But I had a very bad experience with tikona, still i paid all money with billing cycle) I said ok. and start to use their service got 192 Rs bill on 22 April with No plan.and i found their device is performing fine so, took decision to switch into plan.On 25 April I gave request for 750 plan. and their customer care team decide to wave of 192 rs amount as i was genuin customer for them. but story starts from now. tikona device did not work on 25 and 26 april, it started work on 27 April after two days complaint. i used three days and on 30 april 2016 , Tikona's sr engineer came to make device proper, but the engineer was already fed up to came in my house so many times because he was not finding any solution from starting for giving good connectivity. He request my father to disconnect the device permanently that it could not work here. my father said ok then make this disconnect when it could not work .. At evening ,found device is not working. and i got disconnect message from tikona i call them and demand my bill amount. which i need to pay. they told me it will come on billing cycle day, then you can pay, On 11 May I got 782 bill amount. which was not a 3 day amount. i requested them please correct it and make a full n final amount but they told me that you have to pay this. i fed up with this... i called so many times with in three month , they make the amount 2595 rs. then finally i register a complaint on consumer court with online filling but after few days they again start to send their bill. I start to avoid them. because every day i colud not concern with them. I am a software engineer and did not have time and stemina to talk with them every day.. where they did not want to understand the problem. On 12 nov 2016 i got a call from Tis Hajari court calling (Rekha chohan 8826693292). She said we have found a case for non-payment of tikona bill amount 2500 . and we are registering your case in civil for the act of section 49B & section 447. I explain the coplete story to her but still she said if you will not pay the amount with in 45 min then we will register your case in civil. but if you will pay the amount now then we will close the case and there after we will give you noc and then also you can register your complaint to consumer cort. with the fear of any legal case on me I paid 2500 amount immedeately.and 100 rs extra on 24 Nov 2016 but after three days when i call to tis hajari court with same number then she is said rekha chohan is went and you can call after two months. when i said her to provide my noc. then she replied its none of my buisness, and I am not Rekha chohan call after two months and disconnect the call. please register my complaint against tikona team for the act of mentally harassment.
