Tata Docomo - Wrong BIlling

I have a docomo postpaid connection, today I received a bill and in bill when I am checking their is call charges mentioned which I have not dialled and more over the mobile was switched off and it was in home and I was in bangalore on 25th Nov 16. But tata docomo day charged call charges for both number which I have. Both on the same day and same time. I want to complaint for the same. Request u to kindly accept my complaint on the service provider.
