Tata Docomo - Recharged internet but not able to use service

I had recharged my Tata Docomo no. 9278022381 by Rs.450 on 13/12/2016 Which is valid up to 12/01/2017. But after recharge my no. I came to know that the device is not in order. For solving the problem i contact customer care. On calling 1st time they told that in 24 hours your problem will be resolve but this was not done. After 2 or 3 days again i called customer care then they told me to visit a service center on any working day in between working hour. I went service center on working day at 12.30 pm and called on the phone no. Provided by customer care. He told me that he was not there and so I can visit next day. Again I called customer care for this then they wrote my complain. Again customer care called me and apologized for that and requested to visit again. But I refused to visit again and requested to refund my amount on which they refused to doing so and mailed me that your problem is resolved. Now the problem is this i want my amount of recharged for which I did not use service along with compensation.
