Tata Docomo - No internet connectvity

The internet connectivity has been very intermittent since last 2 years. Even after repeated complaints to call center no action has been taken. Even after paying the bills we do not get the services which were promised earlier while purchasing the connection. If we fail to pay bill within 12th of each month, the internet services are disconnected without any prior notice. However, even after paying bills their services are very poor. This is not fair at all since we as customers are being fooled each time. No one pays heed to the complaints.
