TICONA - Company Policy and Fraud with consumer

Dear sir, I want to file the complaint against ticona broadband network, about their public policy, as they give a plan as postpaid with an advance billing cycle, in such a situation consumer is forced to accept the plan and compelled them to pay for the same, because there is no mechanism for automatic cancellation of plan for non payment of bill. If the bill is not paid for certain months the plan itself renews and compel consumer to pay the bill which is complete unethical and fraud with consumer and hence I want them to revise their policy and billing cycle.
