TATA CLIQ - Not Returning Their Defected Product

I Have ordered a Laptop on 5th of november and found that it has some battery issues therefore i requested return on 6th November. After that i called them more than 6 times and each time they asked to wait for 3-4 days and today its one month i had requested for return but they have not arranged any pickup. I have also gone to care center and they said that its 2013 manufactured product. Then again i have called them and i got same answer to wait for 3-4 days. I dont understand now what to do they are not taking it back and just giving excuses. So i want strict action against them and want my money back.
