Swiggy - Didn't get the order

I have ordered through swiggy at 10.15 pm on 5 November 2017. I didn't get the order at all after 2 hours they called me and they said they are cancelling the order and asked me to place a new order in the same call . I have ordered in the call and I didn't get that order also
