Sony India - i want to replace my handset due to many reasons.
i have purchased sony xperia z5 premium handset on 5th september 2016 of amount 42000 .on the very second day i visited sony authorised service center situated in mansarover complex bhopal M.P due to complain of exccesive heating and software upgradation ,and they assured me that my problem will be resolved . but nothing happend ,my handset kept on heating excessivly and few months later it started hanging and heating too much ,also battery of my handset started discharging in very short time even after full battery. my handset gets too much heat even if not in work,and because of these reasons i again visited service center at mansarover complex and the complain executer sitting there told me that my handset is bend from bottom and also due to it is bend it has become out of warranty , further they told me that the bend in my handset cannot be repaired and it can only get exchanged and i need to pay 30 percent of the purchased price of my handset as it is only 5 months old and they said if i still want to use same handset and want to get my problem solved i need to pay for the same .After this ,i went to SONY CENTER 204,pushpanjali complex zone-1 ,mp nagar from where i bought my handset under exchange of sony xperia z1 .They told me to visit service center again with them and also they talked about the issue of handset through call with service center . and again i visited the same service center on 18 feb 2016 and talked to them on my level first and this time they were aware of my case as they were called from the shop on mobile conversation , so this time when i made comlain about my handset they agreed to take it and then i asked that you told me my mobile is bend last time when i visited them, they again took my mobile inside for some check and came back to me with a new problem again!! that my mobile is having dent !! i dont how suddenly dent came on my handset as i never saw any dent on it before, and then i asked" what about my handset is bend or not? they didn't gave me any clear answer and said leave that bend ,its having a dent !! and it is out of warranty. i am very sure that my handset is never fallen down and was not having any dent before this day .i want replacement of this handset with the very latest model of sony mobile series XPERIA XZ , or else full of my money back with compensation of every problem ,time,petrol ,money i faced. thank you.
