Snapdeal.com - order not complete

Sir. Iam rajkumar jain. Snapdeal me ek fitzon home gym set 26nov. 2016 order kiye the. order no. 16924665152. Jiska delivery date 3- 6 dec diya gaya tha. koi problem ki wajah se date ko badha diya gya jo 9-12 dec ki kar diye. Phir v wo date par delivery nhi hua. Aur phir se ek naya date diye jo 15-17 dec tha aur aaj message aaya ki aapka order cancel kar diye aur aapke paise aapko 4 working day me aapke card me aa jayenge. sir iski wajah se humko snapdeal ke call centre me bahut baar call karna pada. jiska total call charges 350/-rs ka hua.aur jo ek mahina hamare paise unke paas rahe wo. wo sab humko uss company se mile. ye request karte aapse uss sabka mujhe refund chahiye. Snapdeal ki wajah se problem hua hai to plz hamara nuksaan jo hua uske liye aap kuj kijiye sir.
