Snapdeal.com - delivered used product and not given refund

i am order a phone from this website on 19th nov. they send me used and defected pcs i register a complaint they exchange my product but 2nd time they send me also used and defective pcs i was register complaint they picked up my phone and says for refund i agreed but now they said in a quality check it was declined for return and they send me defected product now they said my account was blacklisted and they don't refund my money because they already paid to vendor but my concern is that is not my folt they send me defected and used product now what i can do..
