user_icon - So much Delaying in replacement/refund

Hello sir, I purchased one mobile ie meizu m3s from snapdeal on 03-11-2016.It was delivered to me within that week.Soon i faced some problems regarding connectivity issue.So i filled a return request to snapdeal as it was under 14 days return policy.And the request was approved by snapdeal and the product was picked up by their courier partner ecom express on 29-11-2016.Till now i have not received my replacement.Every time i call their customer care they gave some fake commitments to solve the problems.They said that problem would be solved within 24 hours.I had called them almost 10 times and they repeated the same.I am very much frustrated with their pathetic service
