Snapdeal.com - SNAPDEAL REFUSING TO TAKE BACK THEIR OWN PRODUCT

I PURCHASED 3 MOBILES BRAND INTEX MODEL CLOUD BREEZE IN SINGLE ORDER AND THEY SENT ME INVOICE MENTIONED ONE IMEI NUMBER INSTEAD OF 3.EVENTUALLY ALL 3 MOBILES WERE FAULTY I.E MOBILE DATA WAS NOT WORKING AND THEY PICKED UP THE PRODUCT AND SENT ME BACK WITH OUT REPLACING. AND ONE MOBILE WAS DEAD THEY SENT ME OUT OF 3. THEY CHEATED ME 3 WAYS. 1 SNAPDEAL SENT ME INCORRECT AND INCOMPLETE INVOICE. 2 SNAPDEAL SENT ME BACK ONE MOBILE DEAD OUT OF 3. 3 SNAPDEAL REFUSING TO TAKE BACK THEIR OWN PRODUCT. KINDLY DO NEEDFUL AND GIVE ME JUSTIFICATION AND I HOPE FOR POSITIVE FEEDBACK FROM YOURSIDE. THANKS REGARDS GIRISH
