Snapdeal.com - Regarding Online shopping of Crystal Gas Stove

Dear Sir On 11th Dec 2016 I had purchased Crystal CR103G 3 Automatic gas Stove from Snapdeal.com..I had received that item on 16th Dec 2016.when I had connected Stove to gas then found that it was having 3 leakages.(HP gas agency Machanic Confirmed leakage cannot be corrected and if we continue to use this Stove then it will blast in couple of days.). Then I had cancelled my order through online Application of Snapdeal.snapdeal people confirmed that it will be pickuped in couple of days..but I did not received any call ya communications from snapdeal.in between I was calling them twice day for fallow up..they confirmed they will pick up within two days...on 24th Dec I got message that my return request has been cancelled..then I called customer care then they said we try to call you but since your cell was not reachable so we have cancelled your return request.. Then they said your new request has been activated and will pickup in two days..but after 16 days when again I called them they said we can't pick up your product since your request cancelled.
