user_icon - Refund related complain

I purchase a gyser on 15/01/2017 from snapdeal and had quality issues and requested a complain to snapdeal for refund the gyser on 16/01/2017. Snapdeal accept my request and scheduled a engineer to visit and solve the issue. Engineer say that the refund will process once the product will pick up. After two days there is no revert call from snapdeal I try to call snapdeal service centre and there executive told that refund is in process. But when I talk to the snapdeal senior team they dedicated to refund me. Please help me to refund my money.
