Snapdeal.com - Paid the full amount and recieved incomplete package

Snapdeal is pathetic and the cusomer care service is useless. I ordered set of 3 lady lyka bra and set of 3 panty of the same however on recieving it was incomplete wherein the invoice contained both items. I placed for replacement for both the items however their carelessness and confusion made matters worse,called 4 customer care execs. All hopeless.Now i lost the lady lyka non padded bras worth Rs 410
