Snapdeal.com - Not send my producet

Hello sir, Myself Rachana Sahni from Noida and I am ordered two smart mops from Snapdeel on 8 December 2016 order no. Is 21368984524 and 21366825924 it delivered on 13 December 2016 but they both are damage. When I returned it to Snapdeal and want refund abbess my products then Snapdeel picked it on18 December 2016 and check the products according my complaint then one mop is pass in quality check and other is fail . Snapdeel gave me refund only one mop and other is send back to me but it is not reached here at present time. I am calling again and again to Snapdeel costumer care but they not solve my problem and give ex quizzes , sir plz help me regarding this problem.....
