Snapdeal.com - Not refunded nor returning my purchased product .

Order ID: 16429905952 Placed on: 30 Oct, 2016 Product : sunglasses Brand : Oakley ( Frogskins ) Model no : OO9013-24-325 I have received the product on 6th November 2016. After that I immediately complained return / replace request for a item missing in my order , as per descriptions( hard case of sunglasses was missing , video recorded at time of opening the package is available as a proof.) But for around more then two weeks we didn't got any suitable reply /help from customer care even where as around 6 to 7 times we have contacted on customer care and have explained the issue . And finally we send a notice to snapdeal for seeking legal help. By next day we received a email from snapdeal for return pick and have confirmed that amount will be transferred immediately . (Also video recording is available which we have recorded that delivery guy have checked / verified the product at time of pickup.) But after our pickup we received in appropriate answer. Again I tryed help for clarifications, And on 30th November 2016 around 4:50 to 5:00pm I received a call from Mr Promil Gandharw from snapdeal Customer care replying us that product will not be send back and neither Money will be refund and he is closing the return request / case . This is strange that snapdeal will not return money and also not return the product.
