Snapdeal.com - Not giving refund or not giveing me a my product.
I order vivo v5 on 16feb 2017. on snapdeal. Order dileverd on 18feb. Than i see somthing wrong with product i request for replace. Snapdeal enginear visited and said ok your phone will replace. Than 21feb product was pick up. And 28feb reach the product snapdeal wharehouse. Than he cheq the quelity chequphe said we cant replce i said your enginear visited and yes some issues in the phone. Than after snapdeal send me a another mail. In the box some accesories are missing . How can its poaaible i give it evrything. Nnow he suspend my accou t i saidicant give yourefu dno replacemnt.
