Snapdeal.com - Neither delived my order not returning my money

Hi, I ordered a refrigereator from Snapdeal on 10th Feb,2017 as it was showing my hometown is eligible to get this product delived. it reached my hometown on 14th Feb,2017 .but corrier service told us to receive it from their office or to pay extra.whereas I had payed all the amount to snapdeal. The corrier service confirmed irrespective of any complain you may raise we wont deliver.i called snapdeal for 5 6 days.As i did not receive any proper update ,i raised cancellation reques on 20th Feb,2017.After cancellation it was mentioned that maximum by 26th Feb the refund request will be raised.now they are extending the delivery date for it,whereas i have cancelled it.i am not getting any satisfactory answer from them..i am told that i have to wait until they receive the product.why should i wait because of their miscommuniction with corrier.As I have paid to snapdeal,i would expect the money back from them..why they are telling me story regarding warehouse,courier partner.till now they dont have proper date by which time i will receive the amount back.
