Snapdeal.com - Did not deliver the committed software with the Laptop (False Commitment)

I had ordered Dell inspirion Laptop which was to come along with pre-loaded MS office pack.. When I received the laptop I got to know that the product (MS Office) was not activated and also there was no activation key for making it usable. Had multiple calls done with the Snapdeal team which started within the one week of receiving the product (this was about couple of months back). First the team just could not understand the problem and then when they understood, committed falsely that they are looking into same and would get back within 48 hours.. I would have made over 15 calls on the subject but there was no resolution. Till now I am struggling. I had written to them through email but there is no response at all, even after following up. I was requesting for activation key or the money should be returned as the committed product was not delivered. Till now I have had terrible experience with Snapdeal.. They are absolutely rubbish, fooling people with false ads. I had paid extra amount for the MS Office as the same product was available at much lower price without MS Office. The MS Office generally costs around INR 5-6K in the market. I want Snapdeal to either provide the required product activation key without any further delay or return my money. It has been harassment till now the way Snapdeal team has handled the case. They do not let you even escalate beyond one point. Regards, Parneet
