user_icon - Defective product supplied but deny to replace

I had purchased xolo black handset from Lava International Limited(Kunda_Vl) through snapdeal vide invoice S07C1D/16-17/32379. having company VAT No.: 07490359151. But when I had gone to service centre for some software issue with new handset , Service centre told it has already logged the call. But when I purchase new handset then how it was logged the call. When I communicate with snapdeal they had told we cannot replace the same. So, please help me.
