I ordered a redtap shoes from Snapdeal. I received a PUMA box in which there was a used ADIDAS shoes. I tried to call Snapdeal Customer Care since I got this thing I was not able to connect to them the only thing I was able to hear is some order numbers. I tried to place a return n refund from the application of Snapdeal where I found one option where I was able to write a comment which said DEFECTIVE ITEM, I click on it n wrote all the problems where I even mentioned that "I'M NOT ABLE TO CONNECT TO CUSTOMER CARE PLEASE CALL ME" nothing happened a person came to pick the shoes up on 8th where he rejected it saying the shoes r used, when I told him I received the same product he just said sorry sir talk to customer care and left. From then 8th December 2016 till now my problem is not being solved and last person I had a word with a call center person she is saying sorry sir as you selected wrong option v can't do anything I need help from consumer forum regarding this.
