Snapdeal.com - After cancelling order refund amount did not back in bank account

I make an order with snapdeal of Xolo era 2 mobile hand set of 4499/- on 10/12/2016 and make online payment for it. But on 12/12/2016 I cancelled my order of xolo era 2 mobile . I got a message from snapdeal that my money returned in maximum 4 to 5 days. On 13/12/2016 refund initiated message received. But after 4 days I call custmer care of snapdeal They said that my money will returned in max. 2 days more, after waiting 2days I again call . But they did not returned my money of 4499/- back in my bank account.
