Samsung - Delayed in mobile replacement

I have submitted my handset (Samsung galaxy A7 2016 edition) on 13th Oct 2016 at Thane Samsung service centre due to some mic prob after rectified the the problem service centre person told me that has solved but phone display is not working and we don't have parts for the same so you get refund or replacement of your mobile from the company for that you have to submit some documents. On next day I submitted all the documents and they told me to wait for 15 to 20 working days. After this period when starting call nobody answering service centre phone then I visited service centre on 24th Nov 2016 they said we mailed to Samsung but we don't get replied and ask for more time then on 28th Nov 2016 they replied they got mail from a company that Company will give you replacement of your mobile.I complained against delay in service to Samsung customer care (complaint no. 3709835633) bit they replied same that it more 15 to 20 working days,I waited for the same Today(28thDec2016) when visited service centre still they are asking me to wait for 15 to 20 working days.already i have waited for 76 days .
