Samsung - Samsung J5 Prime - New handset _need repairing_ pls take care Customer Ser. centre is horrible.

Purchase new handset Samsung J5 Prime through Relaince Digital,Shimpoli, Borivali west on 11/11/2016, within 15 Days back button on hand set stop working, i went to reliance store, they reply with go to Samsung Galary. After going to galary , suggetion from galary, as soon as we will recd part we will call back. After 15 days from query there was no call . I went to Samsung Borivali st. br., launch complain for the same dt. 14/12/2016 vide bill no. 4227284240, the same reply i received. After call ing to customer care, i got message at 12: 40 noon about part come & resove your problem.From office I went there in eve. , Staff says why you came so late, as soon as u recd msg must come & submit phone. I submit my phone on friday dt. 06/01/2017 moring, in evening they reply with mother board need to change. i want new mobile after such good harassment from all this mash ups.
