Samsung - Manufacturing defect in handsets

I bought Samsung Note 5 on 3 December 2016 and it asked for software update on 31 December 2016 evening..... post which after few hours.. it was not turning on. I contacted your customer service team on call and they advised me to visit service center. I submitted my phone in your Janakpuri, Delhi service centre. While checking my handset they plugged in charger and it started charging showing charge status...I must say you should update your service center to keep fast chargers. Thereafter I submitted my phone. I was called next day saying there's water on motherboard that toooo on centre. Surprisingly on asking sources of moisture your skilled engineers in service centre and escalation team in call is blank. They just have one word 'you have to pay for repair'. They are forcing to pay to get this phone repaired and talking to higher management they even don't listen and said do whatever you want to do.please help
