Samsung - Bad experience SamsungTv

We have purchased Samsung smart TV, bajaj electronics on august2015 In this warranty period of time I raised complaint,one person is came my home problem is only TV bracket he is insert long length screw ofter that on the TV is power on that person desply is not coming he called senior person he came also my home at the same time he was checking TV told main pcb is problem before that TV is running when He was insert bigg size screw problem is happend,that persons is promise to me,i replaced bracket with in three or four days I called after fifth day next senior person is came my home pcb replaced after TV is running but he told me bracket is not coming in warranty period I escalate my office please give some time TV but till now no one is not respond Number of times I received calls for call center I explained same every time but Complaint also closed with out information Problem also same this is pathetic service,so please help me regarding the this matter, Thanks advanced.....!
