Samsung - Provided the Defective Washing Machine

We have purchased the Washing Machine from Giriyas on 01-Oct-2016, and observed that they have provided the defective washing machine. When we checked with Giriyas, they mentioned that the complain has to be raised with Samsung company and have done that during 2nd week of October. On 30-Oct-2016, had a conference call with Giriyas and the samsung Location Manager by name Anand. He (Anand) has confirmed that due to defective machine, either it will be replaced or money will be refunded by 20-Nov-2016. When i followed on 24-Nov-2016, he (Anand) mentioned it may take some more days (May be a week or 10 days) to get it done and i agreed for that. But no actions are taken. When i visited Giriayas showroom to address the problem on 09-Dec-2016, again Anand has mentioned approval has been completed for refund and i will get it max by 19-Dec-2016. But today when i called the customer care they are telling that the representative has updated the ticket on 02-Dec-2016 stating that they are not able to contact the customer. I am totally confused whether Samsung making the fake promises to the customer and whether i will get my money back.
