Royal Enfield - Received Defective bike
Dear officer, I have purchased a new Royal Enfield (classic 500)from eshna wheels Goregaon West on 15th December'17.it broke down on the day of the delivery and was towed to the workshop the very next day. According to service provider, the engine of bike is faulty and it will be replaced. However, when the engine is faulty and it has only allocated to me not registered. why should I take faulty bike. I would like to request replacement of bike or refund. Kindly assist.
