Reliance communication - new sim not activated

Dear sir recently(twety days back) on a phone ca;; received from one of sales executive lady we have taken a new reliance sim on my wifes name M V L SUBHADRA AND W E HAVE PRIDED ADHAR CARD and our owner''s electricity bill as residence proof.After three days we have received a sMS that our Reliance connection was deactivated due to non compliance of address verification.One day one executive called us for house verification. On tht day we went to hospital so we informed them to come next day.Simply the executive made in his comment in the system that the door was locked hence verification not done. We have inquired the sales executive lady for detailed information.She informed that you please contact your nearest Reliance show room for completion of the process.We have again submitted the proofs and also shown the original documents.The dealer informed us it will take four days to activate and the dealer already done his procedure.Two dys back we have received a phone call that they want come to our residence for verification.In these two days no verification executive came to us.It is already one month is completed.No activation has been done till now.The contact number os sales executive is 7569968447 named Sandeep and the sales executive lady cell number is 7672080615(Swathi) Whenever we call the sales lady she replied that she will verify and call back us again with in half an hour.and our new cell number is 9347344744.I am very sorry to inform you that this is not the right procedure to attract new customers and maintain customer friendly relations. As a reliable company your executives should not be like that.I request you sir kindly look in to the matter and activate our new SIM.
