Reliance communication - Disconnectivity Request rejected

I had a reliance post paid dongle. During migration to 4g I did not wish to migrate. Paid the balance and requested customer care and also sent an email to disconnect. I did not hear anything after that. Even on follow up for disconnectivity there are no responses. Now they are behaving in an unprofessionally like home game and disturbing every day. Kind ndly help me to get rid of these people.
