Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited - JIO MONEY WALLET -Pending Issuance of Refund from last two months

On 11 Oct ,2016 I had made a transaction through jio money wallet for payment to Reliance Fresh Direct for purchasing food products of Rs 1006/-which was deducted same from the JIO MONEY WALLET. But After Inquiring with RELIANCE FRESH DIRECT we came to know that the amount which is successfully debit from JIO MONEY wallet has not been actually credited to RELIANCE FRESH DIRECT. In this regard, I received the confirmation mail from Relaince Fresh Direct mentioning that the above amount has not been credited in there account. So. my next reasonable option was to ask from JIO MONEY WALLET about the refund as the order was rejected due to non credit of amount to Relaince Fresh Direct. I had registered a complaint with JIO TEAM for 3-4 time by mail and also called on toll free customer care no 18008919999 about 10-12 times till date. Whenever I call they ask for the same information again and again about the issue mentioned above and I received the system generated mail & SMS stating that the complaint will be resolved by personally respondent within the next 2 working days. Latest Service Request No SR1634806386 registered on 13 Dec 2016. Attaching all the communication proof such as mail screen shot and pdf.
