Redbus - Ticket booked for incorrect date automatically

Dear Concern, Yesterday I.e. On 21st I was trying to book the Tickets from Kolkata to Puri for 23rd Dec also completed successful after 2 failure attempts. But the ticket has been booked for 21st instead of 23rd. when I came to know last night that ticket has been booked for wrong date for their system error,I complained for the same, they are not able to resolve the issue, instead closing the issue with their default protocol. I have been charged Rs.1030/- for the same. Requesting you kindly look into this & oblige me. Thanks & Regards, Swagatika Mishra
