Redbus - Refund

Dear Sir, Date of booked 8.12.2016 On Online ticket around 9 pm to 10pm in night from red bus from Guna to Indore and I got online confirmation for booking and mentioned on ticket departure time 11.55 pm and reporting time 11 .40 pm .we waited on Guna bus stand from 10.30pm to 3 am .during this time I many time call on red bus customer care and rai bus service agent at datiya but not respond from them during the time I registered the complained to red bus customer care that bus is not coming after some of person saying that bus was not stopped in Guna because bus operator didn't know there was any passenger booked from Guna to Indore that bus was coming from datiya and bus service provider is rai bus service .so please help us . Second day a I received call from datiya office and he said that you book ticket 10 pm and our bus already departed from datiya so how can bus driver and conductor will knows that passenger are waiting in Guna bus stand that's why bus didn't stop to pick you . So that was mistake of red bus and rai bus why should customer suffered from such of service agent .so please help us . I mentally and financially both of ways i totally got lost due the bad service of this travel agent .nither bus operator number shared to us on of datiya office number where nobody was receiving phone in the night . I want to submit complain against travel agency and wants refund and wants get my other expenses . I attached some voice recording of customers care and ticket and registered complain number and mail revert from red bus . It is not only matter of refund I think they mostly do the practice same with other travellers . So it is so serious matter i wants your support .
